Prime Management Group wants to welcome you to one of our communities. We want to make your stay as comfortable as possible and also make your move as painless as possible. The following links are to help you facilitate the connection of utilities, phone service, cable etc. Please be sure to establish service prior to moving in. If you are moving out, don’t forget to disconnect service. If you want to install a dish, don’t forget that your contract does not allow for that. You need to get in contact with management with your request. If your request is granted, you will be required to sign an additional “Dish Addendum” solidifying our agreement that you will be fully responsible for any damage due to the installation of the dish.
