Prime Management Group would like to welcome you to our communities. We pride ourselves as a customer service oriented Property Management Company. We want to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
If you are looking to move into one of our communities you can check our resident’s requirements
. Once you read through our requirements you can download our application
. Remember that anyone who is 18 and over must complete an application. You can bring your completed application when you view the unit.
If you have been approved to move into one of our communities, you will need to have your utilities turned on. Please go to New Utilities Service Contacts which will provide access to the electric company, the gas company, the phone company, and the cable companies. Make sure you have your services on prior to your move in date. Some companies don’t have same day service which can delay your move in plans. If you are moving out don’t forget to turn off your services so that you don’t get over billed. Make sure you provide a forwarding address to your service provider so you can pay your last bill.
If you are a current resident and are in need of a repair, please make sure your request is in writing. Please use Maintenance Repair Request to provide all the information needed for our maintenance personnel. Once you have completed the form make sure you fax it to us at (562) 693-1570. If your repair is an emergency, please make sure you call us immediately at (562) 908-1415. If it’s after office hours or on the weekend make sure you follow the prompts to our emergency line. This is a 24 hour line and the on-call manager will answer your call and allocate the appropriate personnel for your repair.
As a current resident we know we can’t keep you forever. However, if you are planning to move you must give a Resident’s 30-Day Notice to Vacate as stated in your contract. A 30-Day Notice to move out must be in writing and is not in effect until is received by us. Verbal conversations or discussions with Managers or other employees have no legal effect and will not be considered Notice. Once you have completed your form make sure you give it to your onsite manager or fax it to (562) 693-1570. It is also very important that you provide us with a forwarding address so that we can send you your security deposit. We hope that you have enjoyed your stay with us and if we can assist you with housing in the future please let us know.
