Danny Flores, has been a key player in the real estate for many years. He started at a young age, as a contractor, for 16 years. After this career he went back to school where he studied at USC and received his BS in General Financial Management. He became a middle market lender syndicating loans, prior to getting into property management. He founded Prime Management Group in 2006 and grew the business from ground up. His goal is to help as many property owners as possible with the day to day property management.
Ms. Arias’s tenacity and work ethic has propelled her to current position as a property supervisor. She has moved up the ranks in this firm. She deals with our clients and their properties, with our residents and any issues as well as any maintenance that may be required to keep our residents happy and the properties that we have under management well maintained.
Ms. Rangel started in this company as a receptionist and with her perseverance has promoted to our leasing consultant. Her role is to assist our clients with the leasing of their properties to prospective residents. This includes marketing properties, screening prospective residents to qualify them and preparing lease documents.
Ms. Webster graduated with a BS in accounting. She takes care of all our bookkeeping/accounting in our firm. That covers all the invoicing that we get for the properties, client financial statements and owner distributions.
